Outpatient Programs Intake Process
You will need a prescription from your primary care physician for any service. Once your evaluation is scheduled, you will receive a link to complete intake paperwork online through our Patient Portal.
During your first appointment, your therapist will do a comprehensive evaluation process to get to know you and your child. It is important that a parent or caregiver participate in the evaluation process so that your therapist can best understand your needs and goals.
After the initial evaluation, your therapist will write-up an evaluation report and discuss next steps with you. If therapy services are recommended, the Outpatient Services Coordinator will contact you to set-up a recurring appointment.
Therapy appointments typically range from 30-60 minutes, 1-2x/week depending on the unique needs of the client.
Your therapist will check-in with you after each appointment to discuss progress and goals.
We have an ‘open door’ policy in our sessions, and strongly encourage parents to participate when able in virtual or in-person treatment sessions.
Please note: Parents must remain on-site during in-person appointment for the duration of your child’s appointment.
