  • Be able to reliably report to work at our Countryside or Hodgkins, Illinois locations, as required for the position.

In Our School

Our School team provides a dynamic and inclusive educational experience that integrates academics with therapeutic and behavioral supports directly in the classroom. Each student receives individualized attention designed to support intellectual, emotional, and developmental growth in a structured and nurturing environment.

Clinical Services

Our dedicated clinical team—consisting of therapists, counselors, and specialists—delivers evidence-based interventions to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Residential Services

Helping Hand’s Residential program offers 24/7 support in welcoming, home-like settings. Staff members encourage independence and teach essential life and behavioral skills, helping more than 70 adults live meaningful, self-directed lives in safe and supportive group residences.

Adult Services

Our Adult Services includes engaging a community day program, employment training, and recreational opportunities. Through life skills development, creative expression, and real-world job readiness, we support over 500 adults in building greater independence and stronger connections within their communities.
